Welcome to Post Farming! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Post Farming, a social media management platform operated by TriSof Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Post Farming, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Post Farming.
If you are using Post Farming on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Post Farming is a social media management platform that enables users to:
- Connect Instagram Business, Facebook Page, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Publish content to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- View analytics and performance metrics for published content
- Manage multiple social media accounts from a unified dashboard
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of Post Farming at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use Post Farming, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Allow others to access your account
- Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Impersonate another person or entity
3.3 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Post Farming. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our service.
4. Social Media Account Connections
4.1 Authorization
When you connect your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube accounts to Post Farming, you authorize us to:
- Access your account information (username, profile picture, user ID, channel information)
- Publish posts and videos on your behalf
- Retrieve analytics and performance data
- Upload video content to platform servers for publishing
- Perform other actions as described in our Privacy Policy
4.2 Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have authorization to manage the social media accounts you connect
- You have the right to publish the content you submit through Post Farming
- Your use of Post Farming complies with the terms of service of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- You will not use Post Farming to publish content that violates any platform's community guidelines or content policies
4.3 Platform Compliance
You agree to comply with:
Post Farming is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Inc., or Google LLC. We are an independent service that uses publicly available APIs to help you manage your social media content.
4.4 TikTok-Specific Terms
When using Post Farming to publish content to TikTok, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Post Farming uses TikTok's Content Posting API to upload and publish videos on your behalf
- Videos published through Post Farming are subject to TikTok's content moderation and may be removed if they violate TikTok's policies
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with TikTok's copyright, trademark, and intellectual property policies
- TikTok may change their API or policies at any time, which may affect Post Farming's functionality
4.5 YouTube/Google-Specific Terms
When using Post Farming to publish content to YouTube, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service
- By using Post Farming's YouTube features, you are also agreeing to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service
- Post Farming uses YouTube API Services to upload and publish videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf
- Videos published through Post Farming are subject to YouTube's content policies and may be removed, age-restricted, or demonetized if they violate YouTube's policies
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with YouTube's copyright, trademark, and intellectual property policies, including the YouTube Copyright Policy
- You are responsible for correctly setting the "Made for Kids" designation on your videos as required by COPPA and YouTube's policies
- Google may change their API or policies at any time, which may affect Post Farming's functionality
- You can revoke Post Farming's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Account permissions
Post Farming's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Post Farming ("Your Content"). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store Your Content on our servers (temporarily for processing and delivery)
- Display Your Content in your Post Farming account
- Transmit Your Content to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok on your behalf
- Process Your Content as necessary to provide our services (including format conversion, compression, etc.)
This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account, except where we are required to retain it by law.
5.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to post content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademark, etc.)
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
- Contains hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Violates Meta's Community Standards, Advertising Standards, or TikTok's Community Guidelines
- Is spam, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Contains explicit sexual content or nudity (unless permitted by platform policies)
- Promotes dangerous activities, self-harm, or illegal behavior
5.3 Our Intellectual Property
Post Farming, including our logo, design, code, and features, is owned by TriSof Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Post Farming
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Frame or mirror any part of Post Farming
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Post Farming to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Engage in any form of automated or bulk posting that violates platform policies
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Post Farming
- Use Post Farming for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Post Farming using automated means
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Post Farming without authorization
7. Fees and Payment
Post Farming may offer both free and paid subscription plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 Service Availability
Post Farming is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Post Farming will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Posts will always be published successfully to social media platforms
- Analytics data will be 100% accurate or up-to-date
- Social media platform APIs will remain available or unchanged
8.2 Third-Party Platforms
Post Farming relies on third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and their APIs. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to social media platform policies or APIs
- Interruptions or limitations imposed by social media platforms
- Content removed or restricted by social media platforms
- Account suspensions or terminations by social media platforms
- YouTube video processing failures, age restrictions, or monetization decisions
- API quota limits or rate limiting imposed by any platform
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriSof Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of Post Farming.
Our total liability for any claims related to Post Farming shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TriSof Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of Post Farming
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Content you publish through Post Farming
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our policies
- Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities
- You fail to pay applicable fees
- We are required to do so by law or court order
- Your use of Post Farming creates security or legal risks
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Post Farming will be immediately revoked
- We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination (indemnification, limitations of liability, etc.) will remain in effect
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
- Notify you via email or in-app notification for material changes
- Provide at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect
Your continued use of Post Farming after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using Post Farming and close your account.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Post Farming shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
12.3 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access to systems.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TriSof Ltd regarding Post Farming.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
13.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.
13.5 No Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and TriSof Ltd.
